Adds buttons to the Mechlab for campaign/career mode to save and load loadouts. Resets armor, loads equipment from inventory, and repairs everything. If a required inventory item is missing, a destroyed instance will be loaded as a placeholder. Built on top of Instant Action loadout save/load system.

Adds quick repair button to the 'Mech Management screen. Button will be enabled if damage to selected 'mech consists of only armor/structure. Activating button bypasses confirmation screen and immediately queues work order.
