# Description

Mod Pack of nearly 100 Mods, seems like a lot, but a significant amount involves simple minor fixes, scripts, patches, and various textures. This is a mod pack designed to keep the vanilla experience of New Vegas intact, while adding in some gameplay mods to change things up a little. The goal of this mod pack is to make New Vegas feel a bit more modern, and less clunky.

# Before you start

**Requirements**

- ***xNVSE**: Download latest stable release from GITHUB, THIS IS THE MOST UPDATED LOCATION YOU CAN GET xNVSE*
- **Ogg Vorbis Libraries**: *are heavily encouraged, alongside New Vegas Heap Replacer.*
- **FNV 4GB Patcher:** This might as well be required, makes sure that New Vegas can utilize more RAM than default.
- ***ENB Binaries**, the game will function without these, but will not look as clean. **IF USING ENB, MAKE SURE WATER DISPLACEMENT, WATER REFRACTION, AND DEPTH FOG IS OFF IN BOTH FALLOUT.INI AND FALLOUTPREFS.INI ASWELL AS ANTIALIASING AND ANISOTROPIC FILTERING***
- ***Vanilla UI Plus**, this can be found on moddb and is required for the Classic HUD to work.*
- **DLC:** There is the world's smallest chance that this could work without all of the fallout DLC, but I would say that all of the DLC are required.

**Best practices**

- *Adjust the enbconfig.ini to your available amount of VRAM, may have to change ENB settings in game, or lower some settings to achieve stable performance. I achieve around 150 FPS at 1440p with the following specs.*
- *If performance is still bad, I would recommend trying a different ENB such as Minimal ENB, or not using one at all. If performance is still bad, then use lower texture qualities, or drop the texture packs altogether.* 
- *If you are concerned about compatibility or are having issues in Freeside or The Strip disable Open Freeside and Open Strip mods **BEFORE YOU START YOUR PLAY THROUGH** **OTHERWISE THESE AREAS WILL ALWAYS BE SLIGHTLY BUGGY***

*texture collections would probably work just fine, but make sure the Weapon Mesh Improvement Mods may conflict.*

Stable Mega Pack

The goal of this mod pack is to make New Vegas feel a bit more modern, and less clunky. All while trying to prevent as many crashes or errors as possible.
