# Description

*So you don't want to pick and choose which of my animation sets to use, but would rather just get everything?*

*Well you've come to right place!*

This collection represents the culmination of over 3 years journey, amounting to thousands of hours, of animating third-person Skyrim, and serves as a convenient installer of all my [previously released animation mods](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/users/3812151?tab=user+files), that I'll try to keep maintaining and updating with any new releases or changes.

# **Fully compatible with all Skyrim Special Edition Versions from 1.5.97 to the latest version, simply ignore the "different version" message.**

# Main features

- Uses [Conditional Armor Type Animations ](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/51507)(CATA) to apply different animations based on the character's equipped armor type, it applies to both the player character and NPCs (by default) as follows:

> *Leviathan Animations II for heavy armor, Vanargand Animations for light armor, Goetia Animations for non-armored, cloth/robe wearing mages and Runway Animations for non-armored females.*

- Replaces animations for sheathed idles and movement, Bows, Crossbows, Spell-casting, Enchanted Staves, Shouts and sneak with all magic and most weapons.
- For Vanilla-behavior/non MCO|ADXP users: Also replaces animations for all One-handed/dual wield and Two-handed weapons.
- For MCO|ADXP users: Contains movesets for [Sword Dual Wield](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/65899), [Maces](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/59737) and [Greatswords](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/94715), more will come in the future.
- Fixes the [jittery and buggy aim direction ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXTGw0JW9wY)with ranged weapons and magic while moving and/or turning: The character will now [keep facing the crosshair while aiming ](https://youtu.be/zHufhymImgM?t=251)despite their movement instead of turning away from the crosshair, this makes ranged play-styles much more viable in third-person than they originally were in Vanilla.
- Does not contain esp, esl or any other plugins and can be installed or uninstalled anytime during your playthrough.

# Before you start

*This uses the much more powerful, and feature packed, *[*Open Animation Replacer*](https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/92109)* (OAR) instead of Dynamic Animation Replacer (DAR), this gives us much more precise conditions, and streamlined options, otherwise unavailable through DAR, the two MUST NOT be used together at the same time, however, OAR has full backwards compatibility with mods that require DAR: any mod that requires DAR will still function just as well with OAR instead, and it is completely safe to disable one and install the other anytime during your playthrough.*

- *Disable Dynamic Animation Replacer if using it, as mentioned above, DAR based mods will still work thanks to Open Animation Replacer.*

**Best practices**

- *Load after XPMSSE (if using it) in case of any conflict, this will only replace some of XPMSSE's animations and won't interfere with the skeleton in any way.*
- *Load after other animation mods in case of any conflict, or before if you'd rather keep the other animation, all conflicts are harmless, so it's just a matter of taste.*
- *If any animation or set of animations are not working despite no apparent conflict, it is most likely due to a different animation mod having a higher DAR/OAR priority than the one(s) not playing, in which case, simply disabling, or lowering the priority, of the culprit animation through OAR's ingame GUI will fix the issue.*

*All animations are compressed, with negligible quality loss, to substantially reduce their size, and all hardware setups that can run the game are suitable for this collection.*
