Same as Pure D&D, double XP, double action, Bonus action, Spells slots, sorcery points, etc. Should be played with only 1 or 2 characters in tactician Mod. Lvl 20 unlocked, but no class can exceed 12. The level 12 of one classe should be the 20th level
