Revision 3/4: removed a few more mods that were causing the game to crash on launch.

Revision 2: added a few more mods while also removing mods that add characters/avatars to the game. For some reason, for me, those can be really heavy and cause the game to crash on launch.


 
A few things: 

1) This mod collection is for U10+ only and it's HUGE (12-14 GB) so make sure you have enough space on your computer to download and double check if you have the proper specs to run it.  

2) If the game does crash/fail to load, the first suspects for me are any character/avatar mods you have installed (i.e. When I removed the star wars character mods, the game began functioning again) as those appear to have a significant impact on the system when using this collection, so try removing those first. Mods like 'Bloodborne - Hunter's Arsenal' (which I have removed from the collection until further notice) have caused the game to crash. Other than that, I've found that having certain spells or too many spells can also cause issues (i.e. I removed 'Reworked Lightning' mods and the game started working again).

3) If you continue to run into any issues make sure to go to the mods' page, read their descriptions, posts, etc. They know way more about modding this game than I do. I just like mashing mods together and seeing what kind of fires I can start with the results.

4) Even though I mainly use Vortex to download and install my mods, you will still need to manually install some mods like the 'InputSteamVR Patch for U10' mod. Check the mod's description for instructions.

5) There are going to be some mods that require some edits in their config/Json files to fit your personal preferences. For example, in the 'Butter Stabs' mod, I set the 'buttery dismember' to 'false' because I don't like to easily dismember foes, just stab them. But if you want the enemy to die when you decapitate it, then edit the Level_NonSnappingLimbs.json file in the 'Non-Snapping limbs' mod, and change 'dieOnHeadChop' from 'false' to 'true'.

6) Some mods have in-game customization like Sectory. Speaking of which, make sure to turn ChangeEnemyRagdollWeight in Sectory to off/false for the 'Extra Animated' mod to work.

7) The 'Random Weapon spawner spell' mod is included. However, since it sometimes spawns some weapons together that then get stuck in your hands (mainly involving Outer Rim weapons), I use the 'Infinite bag of weapons' mod to randomly spawn weapons for myself. 

I'll be mainly playing with this collection, so again, I appreciate any constructive feedback to make this collection better and the more mods I find that work with it, the more I'll add later on!

Lastly I just want to say thank you to all of the devs, modders, and players out there who make this game really special. Y'all made a pretty cool VR game into the ultimate power fantasy, just because you could! It's incredibly inspiring and it feels like there's no limit to your imagination in this game. I can't wait to see what y'all can come up with next!
