***IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:***

This collection should do almost everything automatically and all the mods **should** work. ***HOWEVER***, if you're having problems with any of them not working, specifically *Clear Skill Checks*, *Ye Olde Kerenzikov*, and *redscript*, scroll down to the end of this description for some troubleshooting tips. Just download and give it a shot first though.&#x20;

**Please make sure to read the instructions/descriptions on each mods' page. You may not want/need one from this collection or there may be a different version that you'd prefer better. Isn't freedom of choice just lovely? ^^**

That said, two of the most important mods (imo) are manual download and setup only. They are super easy to do though and make the game look exponentially better. Make sure to follow the installation instructions on each of their respective pages:\

**I will be updating this collection throughout my own (second) playthrough. This means that mods may be added or removed/replaced. Please make sure to delete any old mods from the previous version of this collection to avoid any interruptions or just click "Remove All" when Vortex warns you about mods being different. Sometimes the mod dev will change the name of a mod and you'll end up with 2 different versions of the same mod. Look out for those and delete the old ones when necessary.**

Note that as updates come out for the game, some **mods may NOT work** or **the game won't start. This is expected and (mostly) temporary. **You'll just have to wait for the mod devs to update them.** Remember that the mod devs owe you NOTHING. So be patient and be nice :)**

***TROUBLESHOOTING:***

The reason this is here is because I had trouble getting *redscript*, *RED4ext*, and *cybercmd* to work which caused *Clear Skill Checks* and *Ye Olde Kerenzikov* to not work. So if you notice those mods not working, read the Troubleshooting steps.

If you've downloaded mods for this game in the past, I recommend you first **uninstall them** ***all*** as well as the leftover files from them to ensure compatibility with not only this collection but also any mods after the 2.0 update. Take note of the ones you had installed first so you can look them up. Uninstalling them using Vortex is easy enough, just highlight and click uninstall + "delete archive". To look for leftover files, you could go to the mods page on Nexus and look at the "Preview File Contents" to see where exactly that mod should be. Otherwise, you'll have to search around in all the places where mods would go i.e. \archive\pc\mod,* *\mods, \r6, \tools*, *etc*.* Once you do that, delete the "redmod" folder located in \tools, verify the integrity of files on Steam/whatever launcher, **and then** reinstall this collection/any other mods you want.&#x20;
