Nights bring bone-chilling cold, making warmth essential for survival, while unsanitary conditions and exposure increase your risk of illness. Every basic need becomes a calculated risk, turning each moment into a struggle not only against enemies but against the elements themselves.

The lurking, reanimating threat of ghouls is more intense than ever, thanks to the **Feral Ghouls Expansion Pack** and the **Black Summer** mod.
