21:9 Alt-Tab Fix

If you have a 21:9 screen, you might want to ensure that you have these in your `Fallout4Prefs.ini`: As if without, I've got a distorted screen resolutiuon after alt-tabbing. ``` bBorderless=0 bFull Screen=1 ```

This provides the very basic tweaks and tools that are required for all further mods/modules. The NG Modules are cross-compatible with pre-NG modules, just do not pick the same number *(with the exception of the optinal body-FG-skimpy for that clothing, if you want)*.

First Steps

### But before we start, lets make sure that: - You start with an new/empty Vortex profile- For best experience, I recomend to read my [Steam Guide](https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2818521483) how to set up Vortex best for Collections. - Install all official DLCs (were available)- Be aware/remember if you have: Far Harbor (FH) and/or Nuka World (NW) - But [ignore]() the official [HD texture DLC]() (do NOT install that one, really, dont!) - Start the game at least once to the main menu, before we continue. ### Also: - You do not need an "Achievement" mod, as you will able to gain achievements by using Buffout! - While we do setup Vortex to start F4SE, we still install "Auto Backup" in case we start Fallout 4 from Steam by accident.

- CPU: i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (from 2017) - RAM: 16 GB - GPU: RTX 3060 Ti, 8 GB VRAM

While I recomend to enable the optional "30 FPS lock" mods, it works well with more:

60+ FPS

If you want to go for 60 FPS, use this:\ ![60 fps](https://media.nexusmods.com/5/8/58a62013-d155-4667-8a0e-47eab86b2bc8.jpeg)\ However, I recomend to only use this if you have a better GPU than me, as the GPU will get hotter than with 30 FPS. Furthermore, you will notice the FPS drops to 30 or 25 A LOT more, while with 'fixed' 30 FPS you will not (as much).
