- **Mechs**: greatly expands the overall Mech-Range and diversity with lore- and lore-friendly additions, Omni-Mechs, new categories, and much more - better config possibilities makes lance management come alive, mech-roles actually matter and collections enjoyable!&#x20;
- **Armament**: great elaboration on the weapon and ammunition types, providing PLENTY of tools for the battlefield - from kinetic gauss cannons to long-range artillery & nukes; Tiered systems still provide balance, big guns will be costly to obtain and maintain!
- **Armor**: well, big guns ask for big shells - greatly expands the armor range and config possibilites, with countless frames and single armor pieces for that extra protection where needed
- **Environment & Missions**: marvellous landscapes in countless new settings by vonBiomes together with countless new mission typings keeps your journey exciting in new combat situation while you can enjoy the views
- **Immersion & Customization**: Countless new logos, colors and paintjob for your lance to personalize for your story and advanced start scenario options
- **Coop**: adds a few features to make it nicely coop-ready, as it was orignally used before uploading - mainly Menu-unlocking on Ship, compass and coop-pings in mission

# First time

When installed for the first time, make sure to set up the Load order as shown in media of this post (using *LOMV2.exe* of *MW5 LOM V2* mod):&#x20;

- Find the LOMV2.exe in  \
  \
  *Mods* Folder in the Game Directory your Game Path - for example, Steam usually *steamapps > common > ....*, you know the drill&#x20;
- *Select Main Mods Folder* in Game Directory in Top Menu Bar (you might have to refresh the first time for the mods to load if nothing shows up)
- *Select Vendor* Steam/Epic/Windows/Other according to your situation in Top Menu Bar
- Put in \*Game Version\* (*1.1.361* as of 29th of October 2024)
- Sort your mods accordingly *>* *Apply Load Order > Save Preset* *>* *Start Game* via ModLoader.&#x20;

**Best practices**

- Use a clean install of Mechwarrior 5: Mercenaries in order to prevent general errors or incompabilities.&#x20;
- The mod *Objective Jump* acts as a temporary fix to *Coop Unlocked* (overwrite *CoopUnlocked*, see Load Order; credits and thanks to phforNZ for mentioning in the mod's comments - he has also contributed a Coop Collection on here named *Yet Another Coop Collection*).&#x20;
