## If You're Updating:

Please read **"VII) UPDATING"** before updating. This update may be compatible with previous character saves from Revision 38; however, I recommend creating a new character on this revision. Update at your own discretion.

# Other Changes:

- **Screenshots have been added to the III) INSTALLATION instructions.**
- **Exact Tale of Two Wastelands instructions are now included.** This can be found at the bottom of **III) INSTALLATION -> INSTALLATION**.
- The vanilla bug where NPCs are able to shoot in any direction before actually turning in the said direction is now fixed. (NPCs used to be able to shoot through their backs before actually turning backwards to shoot).
- Muzzle flashes should now appear much more realistic, and they should now sync up with the fire rate of the weapon being fired.
- NPCs should no longer flee just from the player being in the \[CAUTION] state when no immediate threat is present.
- Holding the jump key/button while under water will now swim upwards.
- Some backend bloat has been removed to make the installation slightly faster.
