Deep in "The Marshlands" Worldspace by Zorkaz is an abandoned Farm.I added extra buildings decorated the insides.Almost free of extra requirements.

I tried to strike a balance between making a livable settlement for our NPCs but not break the post-Apoc vibe.Do not be intimidated by the list of requirements, many are SOFT requirements only. You may skip and simply ignore the missing file msg during install!Check descriptions please!

The Farmlands worldspace is nearly devoid of human settlement and life, this aims to change that.I put a walled settlement, a small fortress really, next to Franklin, a Ghoul spawning town.This location is immersive however ,as there is plenty scavenging there justifying the effort to settle here.This has MINIMAL HARD REQUIREMENTS
