This mod balances out the cost & effectiveness of dual casting. Vanilla (unmodded) dual casting: 2.2x (220%) spell effectiveness for 2.8x (280%) spell cost. Dual casting with this mod: 2.5x (250%) spell effectiveness for 2.5x (250%) spell cost.

You'll only need spend 1 perk point on a multistage perk, where you would have needed to spend 2 to 5 perks before.I've made some of the single-stage perks into multistage perks that ranks up automatically too.

I made this because I got fed up of tickling the enemy to death whilst trying to avoid their one hit kills. This mod solves this problem but at the same time you can still have a challenging game. There are multiple versions to choose from. Save game compatible. Safe to install & uninstall at any time.

Minor racial powers have been removed & replaced with passive abilities/buffs. Compatible with custom race mods. Save game compatible.
