Makes pickpocketing useful by:1) Setting the maximum success chance to 100% (previously, no matter how good you were, you could always fail a pickpocket test)2) Changing the fPickPocketMod modifer from 0,3 to 0,05 (this makes pickpocketing actually useful and allows you to steal valuable/heavy items with enough Sneak/Luck)
