Rebalances the health for Super Mutant Overlords , Albino Radscorpions and Feral Ghoul Reavers to make them less frustrating to fight.

This mod adds a huge S.T.A.L.K.E.R style arena compound to the Capital Wasteland along with its own lore, weapons, vendor, Easter Eggs, a new player home and wasteland encounters. Currently Including 4 levels of different enemies with 3 rounds each.
