Combat Comments adds comments for the player character during and after combat. The aim of this mod is to have the player say lines that are relevant to the situation and to keep the frequency from becoming annoying. Combat Comments checks for a number of variables and makes the player say a line based on these checks.

Tweaks the occurrence of a limb or head exploding or being dismembered per weapon. A pipe pistol will no longer shoot a head clean off for example, and a boxing glove will no longer make an arm explode.

Removes the sneak state check for bashing killmoves (including hand to hand) resulting in your character being able to perform killmoves in more situations.

Fix for the Tweaked Standing Idle. Headtracking and face animations now work while using this idle animation file. Animation originally made and uploaded by Documn.

Fixes a problem with Cateye wearing off and the Riot Gear Helmet Sneak Sight not re-enabling. Also fixes a bug when effects from items consumed by companions would show effect overlays to the player.

Makes all non-faction power armors only wearable by those who have the required training: Veronica and Arcade. Other companions will drop all power armor when given to equip with the message that they are unable to use such armors.

Changes if certain weapons can dismember or make limbs/heads explode. In general: -Dismember: lasers, melee cutting weapons -Explode: high powered and heavy caliber weapons, plasma and tesla weapons, heavy blunt weapons, power fists -Neither: small cutting and blunt weapons, small caliber pistols, medium powered rifles
