This mod unchecks the "can't drop" and enables the "playable" flags on all items marked as unplayable. There weren't as many as there were in Oblivion (working on that) but it should still be noticeable.

So many people wanted it, from personal requests to just a humorous item. Now, the Lusty Argonian Maid, both books, as well as a new one by me that is in leveled lists, all teach the one-handed skill.
