Adds a new, end-game Master-tier Destruction spell to the game, which can be found on the corpse of a named Dremora miniboss that one can summon with the Atronach Forge.The spell is a buffed up, purple Chain Lightning bolt that is equally devastating to friends and foes, and cannot be resisted, mitigated or absorbed.

Adds a craftable serum derived from the blood of Lorenzo Cabot, which permanently grants increased strength, agility and endurance, as well as radiation resistance and health regeneration.

Increases the magnitude of the Disarm shout, allowing it to be used on higher level opponents (as well as yourself).

Changes the damage scaling and magnitude of Destruction Magic by modifying the Novice-Master perks in the Destruction Skill Tree and nerfs Impact perk to 33%. Also adds leveled Destruction Magic damage scaling. Compatible with most spell mods that add new spells into the game, provided they are coded to use Destruction Magic perks.
