Cuts the power of the ATF XL Beam weapon (Asgard's main gun.) This is a cheat if you are enemies with the Terran Protectorate; a challenge if you're not. Requires Cralde of Humanity. Obviously.

Reduces the resource cost and time for the Xenon to build ships by around or more than half, resulting in a massive upswing in Xenon activity. Compatible with any Xenon mod that does not alter Wares.xml; weapon buffs and changes to Xenon jobs settings should work with it and hasten the demise of your X universe.
