Makes spell tomes rarer. Most notable effect on shop inventories, though also effects loot. Compatible with Apocalypse spell package. Designed for but doesn't require Spell Research.

The chemist/day tripper perks are broken and I hate how YUP fixes them, so I replaced them.

A conversion of the pre-3.0 version of jimkaiseriv's Awakened Magicka mod to use USLEEP. Not my mod.

A version of tokeroaches' Mass Recalibration mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/44348) with a major bugfix implemented.

A small mod that lets you modify your Pip-Boy.

Adds two keywords to the spiked muzzle brake to actually stab with it.

Removes the need to get power armor training to wear power armor in a way that is compatible with every mod I've ever heard of - and I'm not yanking ya chain with that. Also adds an effect to power armor training so it isn't entirely useless.

Adds a luck based (1-10%) chance for a parking meter to give you Pre-War money. I was sick of seeing all these activators sitting around doing nothing. :P

Replaces the slightly unoriginal Big Brained, Cardiac Arrest, and Reinforced Spine perks with perks I found in the OWB data that were unimplemented.
