Milkyway beautified and ai upscaled from 4k -> 8k

All planets have 8k textures upscaled from 4k. Each texture was upscaled with ai technology and additional "layers". Original Moon, Mars, Venus and Jupiter textures! 40 NASA upscaled generic Cratered, Ice & Rock planet type textures.

Auto skipping Dialogue without needing to press a button, for those who want to do speedruns or for whatever reason.

Loweres the rotation speed when placing objects with the workshop (e.g. decoration) for smoother placement.
