Characters learn skills automatically when reaching the appropriate level.

If you die and start a new game everything will proceed normally (you start with the standard ship, your skills get reduced, etc.) except that the stories / quests won't reset. You can basically continue where you left of.

Currently it is extremely hard to seize/capture a ship, because you have to kill its crew without destroying its hull. This mod simply replaces the victory through sinking your enemy with the seizing/capture event. You now always have the option to decide, if you want to sink the ship or take control over it.

Once you've managed to win the game via Aestival you'll have the chance to instantly rebuild your colony there (with 100 estate and 80 crewmen). However, if you do so you will loose the option to finish the game via Aestival again.

This mods adds an event at the Cumaean Canal to instantly fill all your Mirrorcatch Boxes with sunlight and a second one at London to get rid of Menaces: Yearning, Burning all at once. Both events still require the appropriate amount of resources. You just don't need to click 50 times to get everything done.

This mod adds an option to store your current ship and buy another one. After that you can switch in London between the ships without buying or selling either one. Version with modification of the story ship quests included.
