Adds a small home in the area of the modern-day vast suburbs of Enterprise, Nevada. Based around a lush garden courtyard, it includes all accommodations you'd typically expect of a home as well as a variety of custom features and luxuries.

Adds a small building along the docks in Raven Rock that you can purchase for 5 000 gold. The interior starts out barren and full of ash and cobwebs, but you can order furnishings from a ledger at the top of the tower to turn it into a real home.

Replaces the NCR Safehouse's bunker with an above-ground bungalow, still only accessible through the underground cave tunnel. Complete with a day/night cycle and toggleable lights, I aimed to provide a much cozier Safehouse without sacrificing the security the vanilla one had.

Once a mere park ranger posting before the war, the central ranger station of Zion Valley has become a refuge to many generations of travelers since the bombs. Each inhabitant contributed to the small tower's facilities and luxuries, and before long it became a home worthy of any true survivalist's heart.
