Patches Wander - A Weather Mod and Sounds of Skyrim - The Wilds to be compatible with each other.

Makes a tiny tweak to Adamant's Light Armour and One Handed trees to move Fighter's Stance (the vanilla title, titled Endurance under Adamant) back to One Handed (like it is in vanilla, from Light Armour in Adamant), and restore vanilla's Deft Movement perk for Light Armour.

Increases the cost of inns and carriage prices.

Adds new crafting recipes for alternate ways to craft alternate armours without needing to invest in smithing or complete any quests. Simply transform normal armour into alternate armour.

Edits the radiant exclusions module of Lawbringer so that it doesn't require USSEP as a master and is designed for vanilla radiant quests.

Nerfs the damage and explosions from the new arrows in Arcane Archer. Also disables the scripted injections and reintegrates the arrows through the use of levelled lists.

A small tweak to High Level Enemies Redux so that Bristleback Boars don't spawn in Skyrim.

Rebalances and Reintegrates the new Gauntlets from Anniversary Edition's Fearsome Fists. Removes scripted injections and adds the new gauntlets to the levelled lists in a balanced and conflict-friendly way by adding them to enchantment sublists.

Rebalances the integration of crossbows from Expanded Crossbow Pack and Elite Crossbows to be more in-line with the vanilla balance of the game.

Anniversary Edition Content is integrated into the game through the use of scripted injections. This has its drawbacks and gives little control over the integration of Creation Club content into the game, and can be rather unbalanced at times. This mod removes those scripted injections, and is designed as a base to build on for better integration.
