Most enchantments have been revamped. Many cast on use enchantments are now constant effects, with more appropriate (but not fun sucking) balancing so they aren't TOO crazy. Many cast on use enchantments have also been buffed, to make it worth going through a bunch of menus and raising your hands and casting them.

Ever stolen Fargoth's earrings and he shouted at you in protest, yet did nothing to stop you? Why is that? Well tons of NPCs, way more than it should be, actually have an Alarm value of 0. This means they don't report crimes. However, they will still scream at you to stop. This mod prevents these voice lines from playing if they have that 0 Alarm.
