This mod places all items required for the Shivering Isles quests "The Antipodean Hammer" and "The Museum of Oddities" in the world instead of random loot to make them less maddening to find.

I find it frustrating to find a skill book if the respective skill is already at 100. It makes me feel like I've wasted my skill points. With this mod, whenever you find a skill book whose respective skill is over 97 (over 96 if you have the Comprehension perk), you can exchange it for another skill book.
