A WIP mod to add all the hairstyles from NPCs to be playable.

Foxy is my character based off myself, now made into a follower for you to use! She's a rainbow colored Lilmothiit hunter that's fully voiced by myself. She was made to appear child-like and her age is approximately that of a teenager, but she is also marriageable for those that are interested.
