Assigns reflective properties to the Spell Breaker mesh.

Moves buildings from mixxa77's 'Crowded Cities Redone' to the Tamriel worldspace and modifies AI packages to match.

Fixes an issue with the eye glow textures for variants of the 'Dunmer7' in the Morrowind Epic Ladies - Dunmer Addon mod, which resulted in strange lighting.

Buffs the Savior's Hide to make it more similar in strength to it previous appearances in Morrowind and Oblivion.

Changes the enchantment of the Ebony Mail to one which more closely matches that seen in Arena, Daggerfall and Morrowind.
