This mod edits the states and effects of the Nocturne rife, made by HAL9000.

Small animated mage shield.

nVidia and ATI themed Pipboy textures.

Removes the annoying Pipboy glove and lets your player wear whatever gloves the armor has.

6 new scope crosshairs for use with your scoped weapons.

Adds a little outpost somewhere in the world.

Convert those useless batteries into something useful.
