Adds Fallout 3/New Vegas style object physics to all cloth based Armor and Clothing ground objects.

Adds Stash Boxes to all Red Rockets in the Commonwealth and the ability to craft your own at Workshops.Stash Boxes allow you to store your items and collect them from any Stash Box!

The Power Armor Collection System allows you to "collect" and store up to 20 Power Armors in your inventory, just like in Fallout 76.With this mod an option will be added to all Power Armors in game which will then add a "Power Armor Chassis" to your inventory.Equipping this item will then spawn your Power Armor at your feet

Adds 17 of the 19 Mutations from Fallout 76 into Fallout 4.Mutation Serums are added to various vendors around the Commonwealth. You can also gain Mutations by taking radiation damage.I did not include "Empath" or "Plague Walker" as they would not work with Fallout 4's mechanics.

Ghoulified Alternate Start adds... well an alternate way to start the game! This mod allows you to run away from Vault 111 instead of going towards it during the Pre-War Quest. Doing so will cause your character to change into a Ghoul and be spawned into a small underground cave near Sanctuary Hills.
