Improves the Archmage Robes to be equal to the Master level robes. Also provides a crafting recipe to switch between hooded and non hooded versions.

I liked the look of the Mystic Tuning Gloves used in the "Out of Balance" quest at the College of Winterhold. So I took the model and duplicated it, making minor tweaks in various things. One example is marking them as clothing gloves, enabling them to count for Frostfall's body coverage.

Changes the Cultist armor from the Dragonborn DLC to Light armor.

Adds a Two-handed version of the Mace of Molag Bal, complete with tempering and crafting recipes.
