Compresses the full Artificer class from 20 levels into 12.

Way of Shadow Monk gets Shadow Strike at lvl 9 and ki-based Shadow of Moil as a class action at lvl 11. Gives the "obscured" status effect while Shadow of Moil is active.

Every good crafting system needs a crafting materials cheat chest. DOS2's original crafting system wasn't all that robust and could be ignored for the most part, but luckily for all of us, Elvasat gave the game a crafting system worthy of such a chest, so I made one!
