Allows the use of Shekhinaga's Path to Ordinance mod while retaining KeiZero's Expanded Mastery Perks.

This is a simple mod that reshapes the design of the Steel Plate Helmet for Males. I am simply too lazy to do the same for the female helmet, as this took me a painful amount of time learning/executing in Blender.
