Evens out the tonnage limit spread between difficulty levels to increase variety of tonnage limits as well as provides BattleValue rules for every difficulty level instead of 10 rules total spread unevenly throughout the range.

Adds 65 mech camo patterns [including the MekTek faction skins] from MW4.note that due to the way these skins have been implemented in a "one size fits all" fashion, the skins may not look all that good on some mechs. there's not much i can really do about it.

changes laser effects to emulate the MW4 style of lasersplans to add support for YAW and YAWC in the future

Adds topographic indication to the minimap and reduces the impassable terrain bordering to the map boundaries.

Adds weapon sound effects from Mechwarrior 4 along with SFX from Mechwarrior 3 and MechAssault to fill in the gapslaser sounds dynamically adjust to match beam duration making them compatible with any mod that adjusts beam durations
