4 out of 5 Stimpaks found in levelled lists will be "Dehydrated Stimpaks" that don't heal. Dehydrated Stimpaks can be rehydrated into normal Stimpaks in a Chem Bench with Purified Water and Rank 1 of the Medic perk. Additionally regular Stimpaks do a small amount of Rad damage.

I\'ve had a crack at making Welkynd and Varla stones rechargeable at Ayleid wells, balanced by the need for 50 points in mysticism for Welkynd stones and 75 points for Varla stones and only being able to do 20 Welkynd or 1 Varla at any one well. It\'s still a beta right now so there\'s no readme or anything and I haven\'t prettied it up

Regenerates fatigue slightly faster if you stand still in sneak stance. The effect is cancelled if you have a spell/weapon ready or are attacked by any fatigue effecting attack.
