Overhauls how Skyrim deals with the summon/reanimated actor limit and enables mod authors to create separate "pools" of conjured actors that won't overwrite each other when resummoned and to decouple them based on keywords and perk entry points using perk entry point extender. Also has 2 additional entry points for applying spells after summoning.

Adds 3 new perk entry points for modders to have a lot more control and flexibility over shout cooldown. Can now set a minimum shout cooldown per shout and per shout level. Flat cooldown modifiers and percentage cooldown modifier perk entry points as well. Shout cooldown caps/perks

Slow time archetype effects can stack multiplicatively with each other. Can also, by setting an xedit/CK MGEF flag, create effects that only affect a player's timescale instead.

New Perk Entry Points for dynamically controlling cast time and dual casting via a single hand. Also some additional papyrus commands to cast spells/control active effects.

With a staff in the right hand and nothing equipped in left hand, you will be able to block and bash like 2h weapon while still able to cast. If you have a spell in the left hand, you can also block and bash if you use a dual wield parrying mod.

Behavior file edit for werewolves and dragons that makes their attacks scale with weaponspeedmult

Fixes the 1hm_behavior files for 1st and 3rd person so that unarmed power attack animation speed scale with weaponspeedmult AV value. You must still use a fist weapon to get the benefit at all or you can use Noah's awesome new unarmed skse mod. Comes with a nemesis patch.
