Its a simple house that is exactly what I wish for in a Player house.

Adds a couple new spells and a sword.

Puts an ammo box in the player\'s Tenpenny Tower suite.

Adds 4 new weapons to the Tenpenny Tower and Megaton player house.

Gets rid of the weight on all arrows (SE included) so you can carry as many as you want! :D
