Adds custom stats and effects to the "Needle of the outlaw rogue" deluxe edition weapon based on Sebbille's needle.

(Obviously minor spoilers if you haven't got the weapon yet) A holy mace that doesn't do radiant damage? A weapon created for clerics that uses strength and not wisdom?
