Smart & not over-the-top changes consistent with vanilla/JSawyer/Viva New Vegas. Food regens & doesn't stack in HP/s, player bed no limb regen in hardcore, non-intrusive chem overdose system, survival-med. balance, beer shorter duration than vodka, doctors more expensive, harsher SLP/H2O/FOD penalties, etc, etc.

Tunes some of the in-game radios into Blues Radio from the excellent mod by lugaruclone for added immersion and variety's sake. Please follow the installation instructions.
