Makes the scientists associated with Project Purity essential

Makes a few logical, in my opinion, tweaks to certain areas and NPCs in Megaton. Currently a WIP.

Three U.S. Army training manuals for the use of Power Armor have been added to the world, which are capable of teaching your companions how to use that very same powerful armor. While you yourself have options when it comes to learning, these books are the only way your precious companions will have the opportunity to match you in knowledge.

Provides a few new perks designed to interact with faction or faction-adjacent armors, to encourage their usage.

Provides La Longue Carabine as a reward for letting First Recon get a shot at Nephi.

Causes Branchtender Linden to actually train you on the use of his Power Armor

Adds a master key for the safes within the Bison Steve Hotel

Provides the unique armors and weapons of Colonel Royez and/or Gaius Magnus if no nukes are launched.

Adds a laser rifle and 20 Microfusion Cells to the Megaton Armory

Provides a way for the player to gain ownership of the Megaton Armory.

Adds a single sledgehammer to the "Crafting Components" safe in Springvale Garage.

Replaces the Mr. Handy given to NCR Tourists as "protection" with Mr. Gutsy Mk 1 from Old World Blues, significantly increasing the survivability of both the robot and their charges.
