This mod completely cleans all structure/vegetation around Taffington Boathouse.

Removes everything from the red rocket location, including structures and clutter, and fixes the navmesh to accommodate.

Gives the smaller creatures mostly Physical damage type, so wearing heavy armor severely negates how much they do. This way Ghouls/Dogs won't tear straight through power armor.
