Phoenixyboy

This mod changes how Ice Storm and Chain Lightning Spells works. I made this to nerf these spells, to improve them and make them more enjoyable. And I may release in the future more files with different adjustments to these spells.

This is just a port of the mod for Skyrim LE "Glomoro's Vampiric Spells". And the port was made using the last version of the mod at the moment (1.3).
