I found specific pet based Earth/Storm/Spirit combinations were all lacking, yet I wanted to play pet combinations that did not include dream mastery, so I made some changes that hopefully don't make anything else imbalanced but allow these combinations to actually be viable all through at least normal including eternal embers.

Sick of knowing where all the good weapons are? want some spice and randomization?Weapons have randomized quality levels from default quality to +10, quality effects weapon damage and handling. Get your ass handed to you by a raider with a +10 weapon, or kill them and take it for yourself.

Makes the Broadsider useful with a whole array of upgrades with selective fire mode for explosive or recoverable cannon balls and extended barrel options, while adding 3 magazines for heavy weapons and new encounter consisting of new supermutant the Cannonbrawler and 2 bosses Mr and MS Boomtastic.

Adds the meltdown perk that activates at level 16 if you have at least one rank of Physicist.Foes killed by your Energy Weapons can emit a corona of harmful energy. (Note: May cause a chain reaction) Toggles on while sneaking and off when walking/running. 40 base damage increasing to 60/120/240 at levels 16/24/35/50

Adds extra upgrades, including mag, receiver, and muzzle upgrades to the Harpoon gun.Also some bug fixes from Beth.

Makes changes to the game to bring weaker weapons in line so every type is viable and makes a few changes to perks and adds a new one as well.

Balance in a single player game isn't really a problem except when it reduces the choices a player can make for viable play style.This mod seeks to address balance problems when they are considered counter productive to freedom of play, each change is either to fix a bugor allow more choice in play styles.

This has a new 1 rank perk per Special stat that will increase the stat by 2 instead of one. it requires that the stat already be 6 or above and it wont allow stats to go over 10. Hence the name EXTRA S.P.E.C.I.A.L Your char has to already be stronger,smarter,faster etc. then the average man to take it.

Retextured the Tevinter style mage robes with black+gold trim and chainmail for arcane warriors.
