Adds heavy, light, and enchanted versions of the Fishing Clothes. Enchanted versions of the Vagrant Clothing, and unenchanted and enchanted versions of the fishing rings.

Gives Revus Sarvani a house and a schedule so he's not camping in the ash.

Assigns a few AI packages to Frost so he will return to the Riften Stable when dismissed.

Sends Shadowmere back to it's pool at the Falkreath Sanctuary when dismissed.

Sends the Dwarven Horse from Forgotten Seasons to Markarth stables when dismissed.

Sends the wild horses to a nearby stable after taming. No more searching the wilderness when you want to swap mounts!
