Adds a ring that when equipped gives access to a spell that lets you change the ability score all of your currently equipped weapons use similar to how the pact of the blade pact weapons work.

Adds 69 different variants of the already present Sussur weapons, there is a rare, very rare and legendary version of most melee weapons in the game added with this mod.
