Welcome to the first published Octopath Traveler mod!This is a simple mod that changes the music when you fight optional bosses that normally use the standard battle music. Sidequest bosses now play 'Decisive Battle II' while other optional dungeon bosses play Decisive Battle I.

Vortex Extension for Octopath Traveler

In this mod I have recreated the original PS2 version's shop contents. With this mod there is now no need to hunt down chests that contain abilities, they are now available for purchase. On the flip side, many equips and abilities are not available until later – in the case of some weapons, much later – which may gimp certain jobs.

In this mod I have recreated the original PS2 version license board, complete with correct LP cost. Many changes were made from the transition to the Zodiac versions of the game, most of them involving making licenses more expensive while also giving more licenses to buy for each category.
