Changes Celestial Haste into a spell so you can cast it on others. You can do the same with the Darkfire Short bow from act two and haste spores exist by this point in the game so you already have many ways of getting haste or lethargy free haste.

Transmutation wizards no longer have to be in your party to keep the transmuters stone buff.

Changes the item type of the Helmet of Arcane Acuity and Helmet of Grit from light armor into monk clothing. This allows you to get unarmored bonuses or use spells like mage armor while wearing the hat. Loses the + 1 to Dexterity saves.
