Throwable Bottle Caps allows Bottle Caps and Bobby Pins, to be crafted together then thrown to distract your enemies. Currently the caps have a small impact on the ground and emit a small orange light and can be reclaimed before despawning to be re-used. Makes 5 at a Chem Lab

This adds effects to the Ghostly Figure in Far Harbors 'Visions in the Fog' quest so players can find/follower her easier through the fog.
