This is a mod replacing a very repetitive looping wind sound in the catacombs (where you find Draugr) with a longer, less pronounced, less repetitive low frequency ambient loop. vanilla loop length 4 sec new loop length 27 sec

Level 1 and level 48 game saves. I play as a corrupted paladin. He rocks. I play on master difficulty with ease by now, but your results may vary. But you play however you want, get the level 1 file then.
