Improves on hostile factions such as Gunners, Raiders, Super Mutants, and the Children of Atom.

Improves on the Nuka World Raiders making them stronger and more distinct from their Commonwealth counterparts.

Improves on the Enclave faction from America Rising 2 to add new elite Enclave soldiers based on previous Fallout games.

Enchances the Diamond City Security, Goodneighbor Watch, and Caravan Guard NPCs to make them viable at higher levels.

Overhauls the Institute faction in a way that would make them weaponize their teleportation technology making them the "Big Bad" or the "Boogeyman" they were rumored to be.

Overhauls the BoS faction (in a somewhat lore friendly way) in a way that would make them a true power in the Commonwealth. At higher levels, you will no longer see a group of 3 vertibirds, 2 power armored paladins, 3 power armored knights, 1 combat armor knight and a scribe get mauled by 2 supermutants with miniguns.

Overhauls the Minutemen faction (in a lore friendly way) to more closely resemble the Continental Army and put them on the same level relative to the other major factions.

Overhauls the Railroad faction (in a lore friendly way) to more closely resemble the Underground Railroad and put them on the same level relative to the other major factions.
