Using Kiparis Animation Fixes (made by MrLameGaming) to add 3rd person animation along with Tactical Reload animations for Makeshift .32 SMG (Homemade Broz) made by DegenerateDak and CSEP

This is for adding a 3rd person animation (which is based on Chinese Assault Rifle Animation made by Wardaddy) to the Colt Monitor (also known as The Automatic Rifle), since it doesn't have 3rd person animations, and I figure that I can add the 3rd person animation for better and even more with Tactical Reload support and other tweaks, too.
